World Premiere CD release! Jean-Paul Gaultier's latest creation is not a dress, a corset or a skirt for men, but a music hall revue. Inspired by the legendary Folies Bergeres, the designer has created a show in his own image.
In this entertainment documentary, the camera closely follows the backstage of such a show for two years. The music for the film was composed by Stephane Lopez, an award-winning composer of films and documentaries. The danceable score is extravagant and serene, excessive and poetic, and full of magic.
