Loyalty Program
Dear customers,
You must be registered on our website to benefit from our loyalty program.
For each order placed on our website*, you will receive loyalty points that can be converted into vouchers. All purchases* will earn 1 point for every 10 euros spent, and every point can be redeemed for 0,25 euros off future purchases.
First, you need to convert your loyalty points into a discount voucher. To do this, go to your account and navigate to the "My Loyalty Points" section. Then, click the blue button labeled "CONVERT MY POINTS INTO A DISCOUNT VOUCHER". Once you've clicked it, a discount code will appear at the bottom of the same page. Simply copy this code, paste it into the "Promo Code" field in your shopping cart, and click "Add" (or "Apply"). The discount will then be applied automatically.To avoid any technical issues, please use a recent web browser and preferably a computer rather than a tablet or mobile device. Also, make sure your browser is not blocking pop-up windows, and consider clearing your browser's cache and cookies if needed.
The loyalty points are validated when your order is dispatched. If your order is cancelled, you lose your points.
Be aware that loyalty points automatically expire after 90 days (from the date of your order) if you don't turn them into voucher before the expiration date.
Once your voucher has been created, it is only valid for 3 months.
A history of your loyalty points and vouchers is available in your customer account.
