When the CDs are in stock, parcels are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped until complete. If you wish to receive in-stock items prior to pre-ordered or out-of-stock items, you must place separate orders.
When ordering, you will be able to choose between priority mail or registered mail for the shipping rates. They vary depending on their weight and their destination.
Delivery within France: usually in 48 hours
Delivery outside France:
For the shipping rates you can choose between two options:
- Priority Mail. Warning: This shipping option has only tracking number but no insurance. If your parcel is lost or stolen, you won't get refund or replacement unless you choose International Registered Mail option.
- International Registered Mail with tracking number and insurance.
Usually, parcels are dispatched:
• Zone 1 European Union and Switzerland: delivery in 3 to 4 days
• Other European countries: delivery in 4 to 6 days
• Countries outside Europe: delivery in 8 to 12 days
You can check on the status of your order at any time by clicking on the tab "My Account" on the Musicbox-records.com website. There are several main steps:
1. Handling of your payment
The status of your payment indicates "Payment accepted" or "Payment error". For the latter, please contact us.
2. The Authorization from PayPal or credit card (Stripe)
"Payment accepted" means that Paypal or Stripe authorized your payment.
3. Preparation of your order
The status of your order indicates "Preparation in progress".
4. Dispatch and delivery
The status of your order indicates “Shipped”. Depending on the mode of dispatch chosen, you will have a tracking number available which will be sent to you by email and you can track your parcel.
Please wait 7 days (items shipped to France) and 3 weeks (international orders) before enquiring about not received orders. Be aware that you have the opportunity to track your parcel. When the parcel is sent, you will receive an email with tracking number of yout parcel. Anytime, you can also find the tracking number of your parcel in your account order history.
Orders containing in-stock and pre-order items are dispatched once all items of your order are in stock.
If you claim not to receive your order which is indicated as "delivered" on the French website of La Poste (the computer record of this information will be considered as being the formal application), you won't get refund or replacement.
In the event that a shipment is returned or undeliverable because you provided an incorrect or undeliverable address, or you request that the shipment be sent to an address that is different from the address you provided when you placed your order after the shipment has been sent, and you wish to have us resend the shipment, you will be responsible for all additional shipping charges that we may incur to resend the shipment.
